Anna E Carnes, 105, of Youngwood, passed away on Friday April 5, 2024. She was born on November 22, 1918, in New Stanton, the daughter of the late James and the Cora Mae (Miller) Wise. Anna was a member of the Church of Christ in Hempfield, a member of the Greensburg Senior Citizen Center and the Bullock Senior Center.
