Rodney D Kelsey

Rodney D Kelsey, 83, of New Stanton, passed away on Monday December 3, 2018 at Hempfield Manor.

He was born in Canton, NJ. on October 2, 1935, son of the late William and Clara (Hoffman) Kelsey. Rodney owned and operated the former New Stanton Tire for 30 years. He was also a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the New Stanton Business Community Association

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers.

Rodney is survived by his wife Ann Marie (Montgomery) Kelsey; son David L Kelsey of Norfolk, Va.; daughter Diana L Kelsey of Michigan; daughter Grace A Zupanc and husband Frank G. of Youngwood; daughter Barbara Jane Thompson and husband David of Ohio; Thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, Dec 7 at 11 Am. at the Westmoreland County Memorial Park Chapel, 150 East Side Drive, Greensburg, where funeral rites will accorded by the Armbrust Veterans Association.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial contribution to the American Heart Association.
