Scott E.Bussard, 66, of Normalville, died Friday December 21, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. He was born March 24, 1952 in Greensburg a son of the late Edward and Marjorie (McGinnis) Bussard. He worked at S&C Pipeline of Greensburg. He is survived by his wife NormaJean (Packey) Bussard, a sister Christy Rugh & husband Wayne-New Alexandria, and a number of nieces and nephews. Services are private. Arrangements by the C. Richard McCauley Funeral Home, Inc.
