Cathy L (Truxell) Young

Cathy L Young, 75, of Youngwood, passed away on Friday December 29, 2023. She was born on February 14, 1948, in Greensburg, the daughter of the late Curtis and Lorraine (Hite) Truxell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Young; her sons, Tom, Ted, and Tim Young; her daughter, Cyndi; her brother, Curt Truxell Jr. and her grandson Shea McLellan. Cathy is survived by her loving children, Jennifer Cammarata (Chris) of Wattsburg, Chad Stannard (Jodessa), of Portland, Kaitlynn Acerra (Jay), of Allentown, Cathy Crowe (Tim), of Youngwood, Carol Kintigh (Steve), of Murrels Inlet, SC., Sally McLellan (Chris Eicher), of Connellsville, Sylvia Young-Johnson (Mike), of Greensburg, Hal Young (Kellie), of Youngwood and J.W. Young (Priscilla), of North Myrtle. Cathy is also survived by her beloved 37 grandchildren and her 37 great grandchildren. Per Cathy's wishes, there will be no services.
