David A Immel

David A. Immel, 46, of Youngwood, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. He was born on November 29, 1979, in Greensburg, the son of Dennis Immel, of Greensburg and the late Jacquelyn (Noel) Immel. David was a proud graduate of the Culinary Program from the Westmoreland County Community College. He worked for GO Westmoreland Transit, the former Nicky D's Pizza in Youngwood and Rocco's Pizzeria in Youngwood. David enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family and friends. He also had a love for animals, especially his beloved cats, and his late dog, who was his whole world, Bailey. He always had a smile and gave exceptional kindness and compassion to all. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. In addition to his father, David is survived by his beloved sister, Dee Ann Pruett, of Latrobe; his best friend and brother, Dennis E. Immel, of Youngwood; nephew, Steven Pruett; niece, Jacquelynn Beggs; his great nephews, Kaelem and Koa; and his numerous cousins. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, May 26, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM., in the C. Richard McCauley Funeral Home Inc. 101 S 4th St. Youngwood. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 27, at 11 AM. in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Westmoreland County.
