Deborah A Washburn, 62, of Scottdale, passed away on Monday December 28, 2020 She was born on November 14, 1958 in Baltimore, the daughter of the late Manny and Patricia (Lafferty) Shaka. Deborah is survived by her sons, Henry Washburn III and wife Michelle of Youngwood and Shane Washburn and wife Rebecca of Youngwood; her beloved grandchildren, Chance Goodlin of Pittsburgh, Lacie Washburn of Hunker and Faith Washburn of Youngwood; her great grandson K'Mari Washburn; her fiancé David Provance of Scottdale; her brother Jerry Shake of Ocean Pines, MD. and her sister Cindy Ferral and husband Scott of Virginia. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
