Obituary

Donna J "D.J." Kolar-Raley, 76, of New Stanton Borough, passed away on Saturday June 4, 2022.

She was born on November 4, 1945, in Wyno, the daughter of the late Albert and Bertha (McKeel) Kolar.

D.J. was a member of St Mark's Lutheran Church in New Stanton. She was President of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 446 in Mt. Pleasant, a member of AL Riders, the secretary/ Treasurer of the Salvation Army of New Stanton Unit and a volunteer of the Food Pantry of Westmoreland County.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry D. Raley; her brother, Jim Kolar and her siter, Geraldine Kolar.  

D.J. is survived by her children, Ronnie L. Reagan (Aimee), of Connellsville, Matthew L. Reagan (Janet), of Hunker and J.D. Ames (Heather), of Latrobe; her beloved grandchildren, Alexa, Abbey and Shana Lynn; and her great grandchild Brantley.

A visitation will be held on Wed. June 8, from 2-4 & 6-8 Pm in the C Richard McCauley Funeral Home Inc. 101 S 4th Street, Youngwood. There will be an American Legion Ladies Auxiliary service held at 3 pm in the funeral home.

A funeral service will be held on Thurs. June 9 at 11 am in the funeral home.

Interment will follow in the Saint Paul Seanor Cemetery.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 446 Mt. Pleasant.
