Dorothy S (Schildkamp) Cerk

Dorothy S Cerk, 102, of Greensburg, passed away on Monday January 11, 2021 She was born on March 23, 1918 in Canonsburg, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Weimer) Schildkamp. Dorothy loved spending time with her family and was Catholic by faith. She is survived by her loving children Kathleen Dressler and husband, Richard, of Forest Hills, Dorothy Cerk of Youngwood, Genevieve Morris of Walworth, NY., Johanna Harden of Howard, Pa., Karl Anthony Cerk and wife Mona, of Lincoln Heights, Mary Diane Bowman and husband Edward of Milheim and Paul Joseph Cerk and wife Becci, of Scottdale; her ex son-in-law William Harden; her seven grandchildren, Cindy, Christopher, Daniel, John, Lauren, Hannah and Eli; her six great-grandchildren, Ian, Lyn, Hadley, Lucy Rose, Claire and Jackson Zane; her sisters, Claire King of Chespea, Oh. and Joanne Hudock of Greensburg. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony Cerk; a grandson, Benjamin; a great-granddaughter, Kylie; a son-in-law, Zane Morris; her brothers, Regis and James Schildkamp; her sisters Irene Schildkamp and Dolores Centore. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family suggests contributions be made to St. Anne Home in Greensburg The family would also like to thank the staff at St. Anne Home for all their love and care they gave to their mother.
