Edward R. "Frog" Griffin, 69, of Youngwood, passed away on Tuesday June 15, 2021 He was born on July 20, 1951 in Jeannette, the son of the late Robert and Belva (Noonan) Griffin. In addition to his parents, Edward was predeceased by his son Edward Griffin Jr. and his brother Daniel Griffin. He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki (Chearney) Griffin; his daughter, Leigha Griffin, and husband, Pablo Averbuj, of Issaquah, WA.; his grandchildren, Anna, Alexis, Elena and Maya. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Griffin and his beloved companion, his dog, Reco. Frog was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, having served in Spain during the Vietnam Era. He retired as a truck driver for SuperValu in New Stanton after well over 30 years. Frog was a member of the VFW Post #211, Youngwood, the Hempfield Hunt Club, the American Legion 19612 Weedville, Pa. and a life member of L.O.O.M. #23 Youngwood. Friends will be received on Monday, June 21, from 4-7 P.M., in the C. Richard McCauley Funeral Home Inc. 101 S 4th St. Youngwood. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, June 22, at 11 A.M. in the Chapel at St. Clair Cemetery.
