Gregory A Patterson

Gregory Alan Patterson, 51, passed away on Thursday February 17, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina, where he had recently relocated for employment as a Project Manager. He was born on February 6, 1971, in Waynesburg, the son of Gary and Stephanie Patterson. Greg was a 1989 graduate of Hempfield Area High School and a 1993 graduate of Westminster College with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In addition to his parents, Greg is survived by his two daughters, Alyssa and Hannah; his sister, Michelle (Josh) Reed; niece Mackenzie; nephews, Luke and Will, all of Harleysville, Pa. Two special cousins Susan (Bill) Lowry and Ronald Spoljarick and Gregs former wife, Katie Patterson. Gregs whole world revolved around his two cherished daughters. They were his pride and joy. Some of the activities Greg enjoyed were biking, taking long walks on the trails, golfing, playing video games with his nephews and reading a variety of novels. A visitation will be held on Friday, Feb 25 from 4-8 PM in the C Richard McCauley Funeral Home Inc. 101 S 4th Street, Youngwood A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Feb 26 at 11 AM in the funeral home.
