James A. "Skip" Hartland, 63, of Greensburg, passed away on Monday August 8, 2022. He was born on August 12, 1958, in Jeannette, the son of the late Jabez and Doris (McKissock) Hartland. Skip was devoted family man. He loved to spend time with his son and grandchildren. He was a landscaper for 20 years, a bartender at the American Legion #10 in Youngsville and enjoyed being outdoors, where he loved to hunt and fish. Skip will be remembered as a hardworking man who was always willing to lend a helping hand. He is survived by his loving wife, who he grew up together as neighbor kids, of 41 years, Laurie (Boban) Hartland; his son and best friend, Jesse Hartland and wife, Kelsey and his beloved grandchildren, whom he was incredibly proud of, Jeremiah and Cassidy. Skip is also survived by his brother, Bob Hartland and his sisters, Iva Soroka and Becky Guy. Per Skip's wishes, services are private.
