With a vibrant spirit and unmistakable presence, Jennie Manglos, 49, of Youngwood, passed away at home on January 1, 2026. She was born on November 21, 1976. The daughter of Kathy (Wyant) Manglos, of Youngwood, and the late Rex "Lou" Manglos. She was a loving mother to her sons, whom she deeply admired, and a devoted companion to her beloved cats, who brought her comfort and joy. Throughout her life, Jennie faced many challenges, including struggles with alcohol that shaped aspects of her life and influenced some of the paths she took. These challenges did not define her. Despite a seemingly rough exterior, she was a fun, kind, and deeply loyal person who would do anything for her friends and family. Those who truly knew her understood the kindness in her heart. She will be remembered for her love for her boys, Zach VanHorn (Erika) and Griffin McLaughlin (Cheyenne); for her strong spirit; and for the laughter she brought into a room. She was truly one of a kind. Jennie was adamant that she did not want a funeral and would much prefer smiles, laughter, and shared memories over tears. May she be remembered not only for her struggles, but for her heart, her humor, and the love she carried for those closest to her.
