Jerril "Jerry" D Begonia

Jerril "Jerry" D Begonia Jr, 74, of Greensburg, passed away on Sunday October 3, 2021 He was born on May 6, 1947 in Mt Pleasant, the son of the late Jerril "Jerry" and Florence (Bair) Begonia Sr. Jerry was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having served in Vietnam. He was the owner and operator of Begonia Tool Co. in Herminie. Jerry was also a life member of the VFW Post #211, Youngwood; he was a avid golfer and hunter. Jerry always enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his children, Scott Begonia (Tracey), of Greensburg, Jeff Begonia (Krista), of Hempfield Twp and Stacey Begonia, of Pittsburgh. Jerry is also survived by his grandchildren, Joshua, Lucas, Christopher, Clayton, Allison and Samantha. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Muriel (Daywalt) Begonia and his brother William Begonia. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 8, at 11 am. , in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park. 150 Eastside Dr. Greensburg.  A Memorial Luncheon will follow in the VFW Post #211 in Youngwood at 11:30 am. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
