Mary Kay Long, 80, of Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday April 22, 2025. She was born on September 26, 1944, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of the late Bill and the Glenore (Clayton) Nichols. In addition to her parents, Mary Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert "Gil" Long and her son-in-law, Duane Molnar. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Molnar, of Scottdale; an additional daughter; her two grandchildren, and her sister, Therese Currin, and husband, James, of Mainsville, OH. Mary Kay studied Music Theory and Speech Pathology at the University of South Carolina. She was also an accomplished pianist and played "Flight of the Bumble Bee" for her senior thesis. Mary Kay continued to play piano until arthritis affected her hands. Above all, she had a special devotion to the to the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Jude. Mom is out of pain and in paradise. She will greatly be missed. All services are private.
