Mona K. McCauley, 82, of Youngwood, passed away on Tuesday May 5, 2020.
She was born on December 2, 1937 in Washington, Pa. The daughter of the late John A. and N. Ruth (Jenkins) Klinzing.
Mona was the former co-owner of the C. Richard McCauley Funeral Home Inc. in Youngwood, she attended St. Marks Lutheran Church in New Stanton and was formally active in many civic associations. Mona also enjoyed traveling the world with her late husband and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her sons C.R. McCauley II and wife, Jill L. of Youngwood and Matthew J. McCauley and wife, Tiffany H. of Doylestown; her beloved grandchildren, Jacob, Grant, Ryan, Adam, Quinn, Nick, Logan and Kate; her sisters Marilyn Shirey of Prattville, AL. and Joann Green and husband, Glenn of Fort Myers FL. and her numerous nieces and nephews. Mona is also survived by her dog Holly.
In addition to her parents, Mona was predeceased by her loving husband of 50 years, C. Richard McCauley; her foster brother Howard C. Gross and her dog Bob.
Services are private.
