Obituary
Norbert E Armes, 93, of Greensburg, passed away on Wednesday August 9, 2023. He was born on August 22, 1929, in Erie, the son of the late Elmer and Nila (Bush) Armes. He was a member of Trinity Community Methodist Church in Greensburg since January 23, 2000. Prior to retirement, Norbert worked as a truck driver for Benko Transportation.
Norbert is survived by his loving wife, Jean (Perry) Armes, his children, Arthur Armes, his wife Brenda, of Jonesboro, TN., Laura Stanley of Charolette, NC., Dale Armes, his wife, JoAnn, of Tampa, FL. and Lou Ann Matheson, her husband, Jerry, of Lugoff, SC.; his beloved 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Norbert was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Armes and his son-in-law, Dean Stanley. There will be a celebration of Norberts life at a later date.
