Penny Smith Light

Penny Smith Light, 65, died Monday, December 26, 2022, at home in Greensburg. She was born on August 12, 1957, in Hartford, Connecticut, the daughter of the late Lynwood F. and Constance Smith. Penny was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Jay D. Light, who died in 2010. She is survived by a sister, Lynne Smith Juback (John), of Pittsburgh, and a nephew, Jordan Smith Juback, of Pittsburgh. Penny graduated from Greensburg Salem High School in 1975 and earned a bachelor's degree from Thiel College in 1979. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Greensburg YMCA, 101 South Maple Avenue, Greensburg PA 15601.
